Hi H I'm frustrated myself , it's been a brutal process and if posters want to vent some steam thats fine and their choice as it's mine respond, but it would be nice if they presented a rational and realistic case of how things could have been done differently and promote a reasonable discusion on the subject not a knee-jerk "management must go" or this "promised" nonsense. If anyone can find the word promise anywhere in FAR's comments I would love to see it and I promise never to post on the forum again if they do.

Most of the major issues that confront FAR now have been known for years and it just so happens they have finally reached the point where they have to be dealt with.

There has been plenty of opportunity for those who didn't like the path we are on to exit at a considerably better price and that choice is theirs to make not management's.

Some would say we shouldn't have perused PE or shouldn't have drilled in Gambia, but the option bar selling out, was to sit and do nothing for the last 5 years and arrive at the same point as now ( as a junior partner in a JV we were always just along for the ride with SNE)...would the shareprice be any different if they had done nothing for 5 years, we will never know but I doubt it ..not many on here would cope with no updates other than those related to SNE for 5 years.

With SNE there has only been 3 options , sell down , sell out or take it all to production where the highest value lies..we have known for some time what the likely option was and now we know the cost.

    Cheers Whisky
