So why is it that QTK always seems to get into these situations? Investment money gets pulled, sales that were going to happen dont happen, now apparently there are goods that weren't delivered. Why wasnt this serious event announced by QTK to make shareholders fully aware?

Maybe you're right, maybe QTK is just very very unlucky, afterall every business needs a bit of luck. In that case, maybe its better to invest in QTK once they show their luck has turned.
