there were 5 buyers at .205 cents, and 3 sellers at .20 cents.

but someone offers about 5000 shares at .195. Why would you do that?

surely you be thinking why not take the extra cent?

and dont say, “wanted to make sure the parcel got sold”
because we all know the price will hit .19 at some point today, so not much difference between selling at 9:30 am or waiting until 11:30 am....
