reading the recent announcement... MCC are a very large company, time will tell but if they can secure 80% than the balance would be easy enough for MNS to arrange..MCC would have spent some time and money to get this far in the EPC contract, considering its a binding contract to build the mine one could also assume they would be comfortable enough that they could arrange the 80% or why go to the time and effort to sign a binding deal. Both parties have nothing to gain if they didn't fell it would lead to fruition. IMO
