It shouldn't be too hard to determine what has come in as revenue. Generally accepted accounting practices allow for revenue to be booked when it's generated and any distribution of the product would be seen as a firm sale.

The reasons I think it's not being reported is that it's not as great as everyone is assuming either through heavy discounts or not flowing into the company wallet due to 'arrangements' with associated companies (both theories mentioned by others).

This is most likely why the share price hasn't reacted to the continued reports of increases in volume / product sales. If they wish to put some value on the share price, release revenues.

Overall I'm pleased with how the company is performing but additional information needs to be provided.
