Money is cheap....except for a highly speculative company that has announced a lot, but executed little....you only need to look at the list of price sensitive announcements over the last 2 years and wonder where they all are:
- IM3TW funding with NAB engaged
- IM3NY 52m funding
- BHEL/LIBCOIN India gigafactory
- IM3NY battery plant announcements (at this stage they were meant to be in full operation)
- agreement with Celgard, Agreement with Siemans, agreement with 40+ OEMs
- Graphite sales to Turkish company
- multiple agreements to develop gigafactory in germany
IMO they have a decent asset in Nachu, but lack of execution while burning significant amounts of cash has been a big problem (see share price). The Negma deal also called into question their negotiating skills or perhaps they just don't have any other options....neither of these look good as a shareholder.
Look good luck on your investment (and as a fellow shareholder, I hope they do get funding and advance the project), but make sure you understand the risk of the investment.
