So, still nothing but crickets on the substance.

Ignoring the hypocrisy you managed to squeeze into one sentence, (very economical) yes, we have in common the desire to safeguard our interests. My interest is the stub of my significant, and as it transpired, stupid investment in OBJ.

At this point, OBJ is as mature as it has ever been, with Wellfully, Reduit, Bodyguard/ Lubricen and P&G products and I would have preferred to see OBJ play out this hand, with a CR to launch Lubricen, if required. God knows we've been waiting for it long enough, wouldn't holders want to see it launch?

Instead, we have a lengthy suspension for a proposal concerning a merger with NS, where the representation of what lies in the company's future is too nebulous for me to assess - or for many to discuss, evidently.

Hopefully it isn't proving too nebulous to even describe as we reach day 14, now two weeks late with the Notice of Meeting. When is that meeting going to be held now, end of January 2020, minimum 28 days after Notice?

For me, after many vague, forward-looking statements, it was the last straw to have another Rorschach test where everyone interprets it according to their desires.

Drawing a clear picture enforces the discipline of jettisoning anything which appears to be without logical foundation.

A 'plan' is not not a vague list of things that may or may not proceed. 'Up and down flow', my giddy Aunt.

The certain things include great cost, great dilution, a freebie $1.5m to the CS and Danny having effective control of the new company.

The rest, I desperately want to hear more about:

E.g. Are you really proposing to manufacture imported products in australia under licence? What products? Where? How? Most critically, WHY? On what basis is that considered a commercially viable proposition?

If there isn't one, just give it the flick, that's fine, the new company doesn't have to do everything it might theoretically do. I dont want a list of that, I want to see a list of what you actually plan to do - where is it?
