MNS seems to have a balanced BOD, with a Noble prize winner, The Hon. Warwick Smith AM to name a few. Do you suggest they work out of a garage, that wouldn't cost the company a cent. And as for the IT, do you know what services are being provided for this amount to assume that spending $300K on IT is high.

I can find 100 Spec stocks that face the very same scenario's yet i don't see you posting on there threads.
You may not be privily to how a BOD conducts business...Things are voted on, both for and against so if something may appear to yourself as a "waste", its the BOD who the SH have voted in. I also would like to remind you that the AGM was not that long ago.
