The reason CHM re-listed on the ASX last September was for the sole purpose to have their day in court to claim as much of Jack Hills and Weld Range as possible. They have recently taken out a Non-renouncble Issue to fund their legal fees for as long it takes to get to court. I don't think there will be any outcome in the mediation. Expect for this to drag out further. In a recent ann MMX reckons it might get listed for hearing in March 09.
