100% correct , The transaction costs are irrelevant. I would suspect the order for 100,000 shares @ 8 .3 c this morning could be somehow tied to the same seller . I feel someone is trying to keep it low to accumulate , Thankfully at the moment there dose not seem to be many sellers prepared to take the bait
