Further to your query, I’ve also been trying to unearth alternative oilers for some time. In order of preference I’d rate them: COE, MOS, CVN, PPP, NZO, but with no great conviction apart from COE . This is a fairly standard list. Think the little IPM achiever is the pick of the bunch if you have say a 12 month time-frame.
As a pure spec one, MOG might be worth a look (free carried by Stuart next month, perhaps a bit late to buy). OEL could also fire if they pull in good farm-in partners. All very speculative.
Don’t really follow mid-tier oilers as they generally appear fully valued to me, as do most oilers full stop.
