Interesting to see a tale of two cities regarding the capital raising for NST and SAR. NST has been well supported and their shareprice is 9.74 (raised at 9.0), yet SAR dipped below 2.95... nice to be loved by the institutional holders. A good lesson for SAR.
NST and SAR havent bought a lemon, and both will benefit from this transformational purchase. The vendors just wanted out to focus on other projects. Also to get the sale over by their reporting year end.
