I personally prefer this SPP plan gets abandoned after all. Understood APT may do it to reward the loyal shareholders for a potential windfall gain. However, this is apparently holding back the current sp. And given the inevitable scale back, how much allocation a shareholder may get at the end? Maybe only a few hundred dollars gain if any. I much prefer this plan to be abandoned so that the sp can go ahead which means a much bigger profit for the shareholders.
