Hey shoomer, shopping malls in aust for westfield and most companies will be slightly up this year and the u.s. slightly down.

If u look at the bigger picture shopping malls move up in value over time and even in a recession they pritty much hold there value.

Think beyond the current situation and expand your mind. This is short term stuff.

Banks i believe are much smarter today as apposed to the 90's knowing that this is a market cycle and macro economics its all irrelevant.Their better off helping centro then not.
