re: for the final time....elysian Does anyone really think that with a deal anything will change dramatically anyway. These types of stocks get one shot at the title. If they drop the ball, they have a hard time picking it up. Is there anyone out there truly believes lum will rocket like last time when the deals roll, I dont think there is. Investors are clutching at straws here. LUM will never rise to those heights again, for a host of reasons. The hype factor is dead, and the name is tarnished. Just because they do a deal is not enough, droves of investors have to buy up stock, sure the old faithful will dip back into their pockets for a bit, but most will leave it alone. There are exceptions but LUM will not be one of them. FACT. More stocks like LUM end up in the Pipedream graveyard, than go on to bask in glory. The market is softer now.fact. last years hype has withered.
You watch- if this gets above 45c again I will be surpised. Not knocking LUm for the sake of it, but the story is all too familiar. And frankly posts by certain people are not disimilar to the ranting of cult member, look at the threads. The wheels are off this one mates and its gonna take a whole lot more than a poxy deal to get em back on.
