Yes as i have alluded to the options are a gift with no incentive and more frustratingly a reward for underperformance. I would suggest to vote 'No' to options. Alebit a token protest. Given the voting power within 'the camp' it may be to no avail.
It makes you think is this company being ran for the long term benefit of all shareholders or just a vehicle for the top twenty with minorities subsidising their ride.
As a light bit of humour Boss i'm sure neither Pretorius nor Kavanagh are a female head of state (Governess) and you meant Governance.
