You understand more than you are willing to acknowledge in my opinion.
Look a bit deeper in to the loans and terms..... or have you done that and deliberately being selective in your commentary?
I would think someone in your line of business would know to read ALL the fine print.
Give you a clue. Look for terms about market cap being below certain figures over certain trading timeframes and the options available to the 'financiers' under those circumstances.
If you have already read them as I suspect you have, maybe you could include all terms in your 'analysis' of these arrangements going forward to ensure you are providing an accurate picture to those reading?
