A very reasonable question and one I'm sure management should be able to provide guidance on.

Maybe not exact numbers or broken down by product but they should be able to provide an % number as a guide for conversion from prescription to sale.

Maybe not in first month or two of presciptions as some patients may take some time to fill their script but by now, the company would know approx what percentage of prescriptions are converting to sales.

They are also being prescribed repeats, so it's possible for every patient that doesn't proceed to filling their prescription, that drops 2-3 product sales off that 1800 prescriptions number.

Send them an email. I'm sure they'll oblige with providing some clarification.
