    I think you guys are either reading too much into this or not reading the obvious...

    the tweet says AB1 has acquired 2 companies and THOSE 2 COMPANIES ARE PRIVATE - not AB1 - AB1 is a PUBLICLY listed company for now and should remain so - whether it trades or not

    hope this helps clarify the misunderstanding....
