    buddy,
i'm going out on a limb here (including them) but i think upintheair, larrys1 and myself amoungst others see no problem with your decision to vote "NO".

your reasoning in that you don't want to follow the heard (if there is one) or that you want to make a statement to GGY management is sound. Not that you even need to give a reasoning as they are your shares, your entitlment to vote and you can, should and no doubt will do as you wish.

BUT we have all in some way or another..
and this isn't trying to make a type of pressure group (infact if you read my other company postings i fail to agree on many things with some of the posters i mentioned)

..been trying to say what happens next.
What if it is voted NO, then where do you guys (i am not a holder) stand in regard to company direction and management?
What do you then propose to do on a company scale or even better still as shareholder (presuming the vote is NO then you would be in the majority of shareholders), what do you then propose to move forward?
For this question please disregard the hypotheticals of KZL in perhaps upping the ante, in this instance they are out of your control and there is just as much chance they walk away as there is of them increasing the bid.

What should you do as a (hypothetical) collective majority of shareholders do and how should you tackle GGY management? given they have clearly stated they have no desire to develop this project.

    regards
    Davo
