    What do you mean, Baikowski is a publicly traded company, they publish their annuals etc. (even though only in French)?

    Nippon Light Metals similar.

    If all these research reports state vastly higher prices [currently] why does this not show up in the bottom line and MD&A's of [current] HPA producers? Why does this not prompt capacity extensions?

    What am I missing here?
