No, I don't think the cash limits them, I suspect it is getting access to expertise they don't have in house. I imagine people are very busy in Indonesia as elsewhere. Then there is getting govt approvals and rigs...all slow stuff I guess.
With Gurame they don't even set the agenda.
Not a fast industry is it.
