Follow the Flow
Important for most humans as it reduces change and learning to utilise a new face

There is a flow that occurs when more than a few humans start to think a certain type of way. So to be silly follow the herd.
This then reduces conflict as most humans then feel they belong are doing it the right way (fit in). Thus humans do not need to learn a new face
