The price level you refer to was a short term spike and not indicative of what the market saw as fair value, so not really representative of anything. Presumably it was pumped by and for some reason and obviously raised many questions - let you decide what any reason might be.
The Company also had revenues at the time and has had for some time.
Unfortunately those revenues have been declining since about 2013 as the market hadn't materialised as expected.
This Ann at least signals something tangible and hopefully we will see more due to the current path.
I daresay the market is also waiting for some further real results from recent activity to show this Company can get in front of the pack and deliver on the rhetoric...............
