think this has already been answered - you can't just give the cash to someone. If you take the time to read the offer you would know how it's being funded. I guess they could do some form of restructure but it wouldn't change the backing per share.
This is not complicated and I can't see an easier way to make money in the current market. Buy at current SP 17.5/18, sell at 23. how else can you make over 25% profit for doing nothing ??
