    Clint McGhie - Company Secretary replied to my query about the offtake agreements.

    "The effective take or pay on resale is a mechanism whereby if a customer fails to take a shipment, SO4 can resell the shipment and invoice the original customer for the difference between the agreed price and the price achieved on resale."
