guys I am no expert on this but I feel this is such a complex structure that not even Most tax lawyers and accountants understand what's going on.
the irony is if the experts don't understand what's going on what hope is left for us..
I suspected there is more pain to come.
this is far too risky with significant downside unless you really know what you are doing it is safer to sell than to be sorry.
