Good morning,
I just opned my new boosts and was disappointed to ascertain that one of the ear pieces is rs. One would think our quality control would check every unit leaving our base considering the known problems reported previously.
im a long term shareholder but really annoyed that this would happen. I will go through the support service but generally would ask for a refund due to the inconvenience.
