we can be certain the 5000 + holders are cashed up enough to subscribe to 15k which alone is 135m in subscription giving an 80% cut in SPP.

Wonder what APT will do, the reality is when they announced this SPP the delta in share price was far less favorable therefore the scaleback would haave been less. To now offer this SPP on the same identical terms seems a bit unfair. Whilst i am not complaining too much, this scaleback will be a minimum of 50% and a maximum of something that makes this board look down right silly along with the rest of us who locked away 15k for nothing.
