It is like increasing the price of your lottery ticket, for those with the view that it is all about the big hit (that may or may not happen).
For those of us that are buying a profitable concern (with exploration upside) then the salaries are substantial, their impact on the 08 profit is substantial. This also effects the sp in so much as people reference PE's.
