How amusing.
If they weren't suddenly claiming they had terminated the MSA it would be would be something else, like "my dog at the demand for payment before we could read it" or it "the cheque is in the mail" or "the notice didn't have a fax machine number on it so we have determined it to be invalid under the corporations act" or anything at all really. I'm certain that was just the best thing they could come up with because they've waited til now to give any response at all, they were simply ignoring it.
