If Anson pays to build to plant it will at least double the share registry ,but a investor and or a offtake could see the plant fully funded for a percentage of the Bromine resource or profits ,or better still a offtake agreement where the buyer of the Bromine funds the plant and takes a smaller stake in the company or right to do so under certain terms.
I do think that the share price will rally hard on the right offtake or investment deal.
The Bromine is worth some serious money with none of that being priced in the share price ,being funded and close to production with customers signed up ,could easily add hundreds of millions to the market cap of this company ,in my opinion.
Looking very positive in my opinion.

Little to no dilution, bwahahaha. BBB couldnt even raise from Insto's when the price was 7.2c and you think there will be little to no dilution?
A couple of hundred mills of Bromine wont secure any offtake or funding.
