While I accept the sentiment of what you say, there are logical reasons why the ASX can't and should not suspend a company such as a bank.
WBC is still a going concern and banks in society are the "oil" that keeps the economic and social fabric going. You don't intentionally de-stabilise them.
Let the regulators punish WBC as the law provides. Punishing all of those associated with any organisation makes little sense and, in the end, helps nobody.
The bank is a bigger entity than the executives who allowed the breaches.
