Snackattack the expense of integration is not in buying the off the shelf licensed software it’s integrating it ( customizing it for clients needs)
Say you have a website that requires vast setup you probably have a lot of custom codes, plugins etc you have your IT contractors install the software it’s cheap and fast then the cost , labor and time come from adapting customizing . Typically you could spend $200 per hour on a IT professional to work multiply this by a team of 20 working 10 hours a day. Now ISX could well have charged a lot more per hour. Multiply that by weeks it is not cheap.
