More likely they were both selling at an opportune time as most likely there will be numerous deals coming early in the new year for BGT.

• The sale was conducted with board approval and at the first opportunity following their issue within the designated share trading window for Company executives
• Richard Jagger and Peter May have no plans to sell any further shares in Bio-Gene.

With Managements focus in 2020 on securing commercialisation of their products globally there may not be too many windows of opportunity to sell shares in the near term.....

Progress Commercial Discussions Globally:-
• Now pursuing discussions with Corporates, NGO’s, Philanthropic & Gov Agencies
• Progress Material Transfer Agreements (MTA’s)

Partnership Arrangements:-
• Work to structure exclusive partnerships (similar to recent Grain Storage program with BASF)

Commercial Deals:-
• Progress towards more formal agreements and development plans with key partners to enable commercialisation of our technology.

Deals won't be far away IMO....
