It’s pretty apparent that their angle might be to blame everything on the ‘weather event’ IMO.
When I simply linked to the weather station showing the hard freezes and frosts, the company calmed shareholders by explaining that their observation was that the frosts were highly localised and miraculously missed their fields and any ‘light’ frosts they did get appeared to help with the drying and harvest process and that now that the crops were swathed, future frost couldn’t harm the crop.
They also said anyone mentioning the weather was spreading “fake news” and they discredited them by suggesting they were manipulating the share price for personal gain. That’s Rich.
You could get expert local advice on this weather event and how localised the temperature variations were. Also agrimet weather stations.
They remained trading until 14th Nov. Who was selling while retail were reassured everything was on track to a $40m profit?
Why did they say all fields were swathed when the satellite implies otherwise? Why didn’t they announce less than expected poundage when the photos and satellite images imply some crop failure very early in the season. Lots of evidence here.
If it’s a research trial they will have loads of data and weekly drone images too presumably.
Why were their drone photos only ever of the same parts of the same fields implying that this was representative of the entire crop?
Why did the ‘5 times uptake’ of their tech never transpire into any more total revenue?
Why did they announce first shipment of biomass on 28th October and associated paid advertorials saying this proved the crop success “seed to sale” “payment immediately after each delivery” when they now say this wasn’t even tested yet? The announcement implied it had been accepted by DL, not just shipped to them.
There was no risk disclaimer on this shipment announcement. Take a look at the risk disclaimer on the latest announcement! Fat lot of use that is now.
Did they ship the next week also? If not, Why not? Was the first payment made immediately? Was the very first they knew about such low poundage and cbd% the day of the trading halt?
Now they say that the weather events were highly localised and that’s why some other farmers in the region managed to have a good crop. Talk to some locals.

They still haven’t mentioned the current hemp price. The implication is that they would have made the $40m profit if it wasn’t for that dastardly weather event totally out of their control.
Think about what announcements seem deceptive in hindsight. You’re in a better position to think about this.
Get a good investigative journalist involved to tease out more info. It’s newsworthy IMO. ASIC are more likely to get involved if there is lots of publicity IMO. Maybe that’s why they dragged this suspension out to dump it on you over Christmas so that journalists were on holiday?
There are plenty of people in Oregon who could be interviewed and start to compare their stories with the company announcements.
Your group should get complaints in to ASIC IMO. Eg the missing change in substantial holder notices.
Also ASX. Let’s see what their existing queries are but shareholders need to put pressure on them. Any action ASX and ASIC take might help your case to find a litigation funder if you end up going down that route. Start complaining now as it might take a while to get a response from them. The watchlist letter helps your cause already because ASX believe directors were required to inform you of the finra violations.
If you can get ASX to ask them your queries then that’s great because they have to put an answer on public record and there are serious consequences if directors of a company mislead the ASX. If there were some directors unaware of certain issues then they may be more likely to break rank answering these questions.
I feel sick and angry that you lost $110k in this Dorians. Some people likely made a lot of money out of this and the money came from people like you, certainly not from selling hemp or Agtech.
I will help where I can and have a word with some lawyers over the break to get their opinion.
