Seems like this thread is turning to shite.

I think people need to wake up, VRX are now in that boring phase of development, explorer come producer, obviously the exploring phase was accomplished well, now the wait for ML, but folks, thats not necessarily going to swing things into action, yes there will be a bounce on news but then there is a decent wait to build the plant and get everything in motion to get into production, but thats a moot point right now because VRX doesnt have a customer yet, why is that?

So much interest but no signature, customers dont have to wait for the ML to commit, they only have to put in a sub clause to cover their position, so where is the commitment for the purest and best sand there is ?

So these reasons alone puts pressure on the SP, however, the biggest anomaly imo, is this bloody court case Banks v Galea.........

I have read the claims, I am no lawyer but it appears very complicated, so anyone who dismisses this as a side show have rocks in their head, or their eyes are filled with sand, one claim has me extremely concerned, re tenements and encumbrance , I suggest folk read it for them selves, its easy to find.

Anyway, thats my take on VRX, right now there is more reasons for me stay out of this stock than in, maybe the Tumby with all his purported millions feels the same way...........his money, he can do what he likes , you can be critical of his bipolar posting but he did give posters an opportunity to bag, whether folks took that opportunity or let it slip away thats another matter altogether .
