We have seen the shifting of liability from VRX to AS via the asx announcement with the damages clause hidden in the middle of the document. I have no idea of WA law but i would hate to see Muchea or the AS shares go to people that may piss them all over the current holders, now do you see wherei am coming from? Too much of the “she will be right mate” and that is too risky to stick your head in the sand and hope it goes away. I recall being told that the company can start operations with a secondhand plant from Iluka for scrap value, $200,000 but this was BS and turned into $20 plus million. This is why i do not believe anything that is stated and that goes for Muchea and the mining licences.
My posts may seem bipolar but they are a reflection on changes in circumstances, such as MG hanging around and taking ages to get som simple scoop up non toxic straight forward licences, if this was in Vic it would be subject to a works order application and done in three months, what is it with a simple sand pit in WA, anyone would be thinking its going to another super pit in the middle of Kalgoorlie.
