Personally, I think too many on here have let this Savannah thing get WAY out of proportion. The court action is not against Bannerman - they are merely secondary respondents behind the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
The Savannah thing has been known about for many, many months, long before the share price started to come down.
Nope, I think the Savannah thing is a non-starter, and I think it is NOT the main factor in the negative sentiment re Bannerman.
However, I do think that some "players" are playing with the BMN price, either by shorting, or by seeding negative rumours (Boondog - you there?) by various means. Also, we don't know what shenanigins the Canadian brokers are getting up to, and how their actions (on small volumes) are affecting the sentiment of the market here.
