Yep, we were warned in "other" forums about the consequences of a deal like this.
For the "other" company it was just bad news, but for some reason when the same deal is made for this company "it's a ray of sunlight" & gets 45 likes??
So LPD is issuing more shares.
When you, I and a few others bring this issue up we're met with aggression, but we aren't the ones doing anything.
LPD management are the ones responsible the issuance of new shares.
LPD management are the ones responsible for diluting shareholder wealth.
