    Do you think if we all check our ashtrays, borrow to the hilt and liquidate all our assets we could scratch up enough to put in an offer to buy outright what is looking to become the equivalent of toll road. Ever since I was a little boy, I've wanted to own a toll road (and a strip club). I think 4DS is showing great promise in this respect.
