    The only problem with that thought is that the government will never punish those who conducted criminal acts

    Back to the formulae that was used on the CBA and Westpak would have fines and costs in the Billions

    As they can't send the bank broke with a fine because the shareholders will suffer, the only other alternative is to give long jail terms to all those at the top

    None of the other banks would accept this, so it will be a "Yes Minister" response, bury it in red tape until we are all old and grey and all they banks will know they can do whatever they need to do to make money and no one will ever suffer except the people of Australia

    No one in Canberra works for the people of Australia
