Just got back from a trip - see nothing has changed

You all would have read the last ann and noticed new logo -some were more focussed on the quality of the graphics rather than the fact we (almost) have a new name - MKY RESOURCES LTD - I checked with ASIC and the reservation was lodged as follows-

"18/08/2008 024434167 2 410B Application For Reservation of a New Name Upon Change Of Name - MKY RESOURCES LTD"

Obviously it makes sense that you wait for this application to become official before you embark upon putting up a website. You also wait until all the "balls" that are currently being juggled are firmly, legally, in place - then you announce it to the world.

MKY is not the only coy to listed "under the wrong category with ASX" One, that I have an interest in, is CDS - still listed under Industrials (was a IT provider). CDS is also currently undertaking a name change. I held CDS for nearly 12 mths before it set up a website - not a big issue for me. CDS wanted to have their sp trading consistently above 20c for 4 weeks before doing name change.

As denglish said, when the name change/website is formally in place, MKY will appear on the "herd" radar and I hope you guys have got your orders filled before that happens because, IMO, you wont be seeing the sp at these current prices
