    I've been waiting for top ups at 3 cents and below for two weeks now. I missed the opportunity on the last downswing. A suspect pump to 3.9 earlier last week and now a lull in volume, is looking like it may settle back to 3 over the holiday period, which is still great considering we saw sub 2 at the beginning of the year
