I am with Mosco more and more with every passing day.
The Board is progressively blowing up a great project through incompetence.

The simple fact that TB and ME did not appoint Pareto on the basis that they would raise the debt - subject to due diligence - is a joke!
Pareto spent more than 2 months doing Due Diligence and then tell the geniuses runing the company that they can't sell the deal.
What gives?
Why the Due Diligence delays if there wasn't a guarantee to raise the money?
Now the bridge financiers are quite likely to steal your company.
