gonnfishing I think you missed the point at least I think you did. Not saying the board is incompetent its just as time moves on more and different skills are required to make company grow. And the company out grows the current board to evolve change new ideas direction is required. While the board may have been fine to guide ARU into its present position its needs to revaluate the positions and what is required to push forward in SP and growth. Sometimes new blood is required to guide as even allowing for market conditions, I think the company has out grown a few members. But like everything what I see as time for changes others might be happy with the direction the current board is steering ARU. But I do think the have missed some opps in the current climate.
