can tell you now 90% transparency is a myth in the commercial architecture world as all commercial glass is tinted. But you know that if your a builder.

No way can the thermal properties of commercial glass or skylights be at that level or you introduce or lose too much heat and guess what ....you then have to spend a lot to condition (cool or heat) that space which cost lots of $$$$ in HVAC ....opposite effect in sustainability

CPV performance on vicinity is approx 11 watts per glass unit ( of 22) in perfect solar days ( costing over 1000 usd per glass) and more like 3000 usd total install cost due to excessive weight and thickness requiring extra steel and aluminum plus special labour and equipments to install, all this collected from contractors and CPV staff. Far from the stated performance

the architecture of there glass solar arrays is 3 levels in the videos they provide on the techno . The top levels is the only one producing energy, meaning there IP is useless as anyone can have solar on the face of there glazing ( ie. velux sky lights, solar windows plus several other big players etc) . CPV IP is only the collection at the edge which seems from vicinity to be so negligent to not even work in perfect solar conditions. The smoke and mirrors is proven to be so low it’s not viable except academically as a physics law not economical commercial solution.

this means any glass fabricator can put thin strips of solar PV units to creat energy. ....no IP needed or breached. Just like what physee are doing in Europe....any one doing some research can see this past the petty exchange's on here ....I’m a consulting engineer and it’s immediately obvious

I believed this in the start but the leadership of CPV have not delivered since tracking for the past 15 months ...this stock is all huff and puff as it offers nothing protected in patents as seen by others in the market. I can put solar on the face of any product tomorrow and creat the same outcomes and no breach of ip. But CPV have played it that no one can. Read the ip and see the others in the market and it’s a telling story

if they moved faster and put serious leadership in to make better progress I’d put more to it but I’m out. This is a white elephant and over confident with a lack of serious leadership in both management and technology advances. They seem to have really slowed down in the last 12 months after so much good progress . They are now being over taken and focus on all the wrong aspects they are announcing ...MoU here, MoU there.... obvious they have a poor roadmap and lack technical and commercial leadership.

even others are being taken more serious and have serious agreements with global fabricators like ubiquitous who’ve signed with largest glass fabricators ACG in japan. cpv just prostitute themselves and sign non exclusive mous with no bodies here and there to try and put 1 c on the stock..it’s laughable to any serious investor

imho these guys will be insolent in 6 -12 months....I’d reinvest elsewhere based on the track record
