As mentioned by alot of posters, in the short term, share prices will not be life changing, expect it to drop. Long term is pretty good. If you want to invest in cnp, you got 2 options.
1. Wait for things to clear up, the risk will be alot less then, by sp will be around 40c-50c?
2. Buy now and hold, for around 16-18c.
Whatever suits your financial plan.
