where does the idea of a higher bid come from? the market has both sp tracking each other in the 1.31 ratio pretty well. Mkt does not seem to indicate a higher bid now as it did a few months back. I sure do hope there is.

I personally dont think the bid is compelling especially as STG seems to be completing its forward funding pretty well and surviving the financial woes of the times. But that does not mean WBC will pay more.
