PS: Keep in mind that the only excuse that CLI has given is frost damage to the crop and that IMO this does not account for
the reduction in biomass poundage from the guided 900K lbs to 407K lbs ( reported last Friday & offered for sale by CLI's Green Rush Advisors Portland 3 weeks ago in hempbrokers.us )# when the damaging frost occourred after the crop had finished growing and after harvesting machinery
had arrived at the farm.

Our strongest case, however , is that CLI should have reasonably known that there was issues effecting the crop biomass as early as the first week in September and that CLI did not report this market sensitive information as required by ASX lasting rules & the Corporations Act.IMO
